To make the crumbs select your custom shape tool and choose the confetti shape. Using the settings below, drag over your bones. Now go to your paths palette and click the load path as a selection button, purple arrow. If you see the window below after you press the button it's because your shape was too small to select. Go back and click and drag again this time making it a little larger.

Click on the bones layer and choose Layer>New>Layer via Copy. Make copies of Layer 1 and use the move tool to place them to create your crumbs. Once you're done link and merge Layer 1 with the copies and name the layer crumbs. Make sure this layer is under the bones layer in the layers palette.

In case you want to move your bones it's a good idea to link their layer with the crumbs layer.

Apply a drop shadow effect with the settings below to the bones layer. For the angle you want the shadow to fall on the same side as your bone's inner shadow, purple arrow. Now apply this same effect to the two slide layers, for me my teddy and woody layers. And you're done. To save this signature first hide the white back layer and then use the save as a PNG-24 setting found here, Transparent background without a matte.
