Link the following layers together. Frame 1, frame 1 back and the subject's layer that's in frame 1, which for me is the Woody (subject) layer.
Now choose Edit>Transform>Rotate. Grab one of the corners of the bounding box and rotate the frame. Once done double click inside the bounding box or click on the check in the options bar to apply the rotation.
Link the following layers together. Frame 2, frame 2 back and the subject's layer that's in frame 2.

Add your text with the type tool and add a drop shadow effect to it using the settings below. You might choose to alter the size depending on how thick the font you use is. And you're done. To save this signature use the save as a jpg in Photoshop setting found here, My settings.
