If you'd like to change the order of your brushes go to Edit>Preset Manager... Below I want to move my dory brush, which is the last brush in the picture below, and put it next to the ladybug brush. To do this I click on the brush and drag it. If you look at the red area you'll see a thick bar. The bar shows me that when I release, my dory brush will be to the right of the ladybug brush. If you look close you can see a dotted line square in the red area. That dotted line is me moving the dory brush even though it still appears at the bottom. If you click on the pulldown in the top left of the Preset Manager window where it says Preset Type, you'll see you have access to all of your other presets as well. To delete any of your presets first put your cursor over the brush, swatch, shape etc. that you want to delete. If you're using a Mac hold the option key and for Windows hold the alt key, then click down on it.
