What program do you use to animate your avatars? I can animate things using Photoshop Elements, so the same program I use to make graphics. I am not sure if normal Photoshop has the option, but instead of just saving you save for web and there is an option to animate in there. Each layer of the image is a slide of the animation. I hope that made some kind of sense. Yes you can animate in normal Photoshop. That's what I use. I preferred using ImageReady but unfortunately it's not compatible with my current OS.

Beautiful new sets! I've always found it difficult to make signatures, but you seem to have a knack for them!
