All you need to do is download the font. It's called NiseJSRF. It's based on the awesome video game Jet Set Radio Future.
All of my themes come with a text free banner so people can add their own text. To access this banner go to Admin > Themes > Theme Manager and then hover over the Moon theme. Now click on the Images button.
Scroll to the very bottom to the Custom Images section. Click on the Moon_5's icon and a preview will pop up. Copy this banner to your desktop.
I only know how to add fonts on a Mac so if you're on a PC I can't help you. On a Mac go to your Home folder > Library folder and then put the NiseJSRF's file in the Fonts folder.
Now open the text free banner in Photoshop, PS Elements, Gimp or whatever graphics program you use and add the text. Make sure to save the banner as a png so it maintains its transparency.
If you use Photoshop I can give you the settings for the Layer Effects I added to the Moon's text.
