In case you haven't uploaded it to the theme @marilyn, go to Admin > Themes > Theme Manager

Hover over the Moon theme and click the images button.

Scroll to the very bottom to the Custom Images section. Upload the new banner here.

Copy the link and go to, Themes > Colors & Theme Creator

Under Forum Banner you want to delete the URL in the Banner Image field and paste in the URL for the new one. Make sure to click the Save Changes button located at the bottom.

@marilyn I remembered today that the Moon banner has a transparent background. The one I gave you does not. If you'd like me to give you another banner with a transparent background let me know.

See my other post. It sounds like you have themes checked in the permissions list that should not be checked.
