Select the custom shape tool and use this setting in the options bar. To select one of your silhouettes click on the shape showing, purple outline, and choose one from the window that pops up.

Add a new layer to the layers palette and name it. I named mine sit. While holding the shift key click and drag with the custom shape tool to make your silhouette. You can use the move tool to place it.

You're now going to add the Outer Glow effect from your frame layer to each of your silhouettes, red dots. To do this click the tiny arrow on the frame layer to show the effects. Now click on Outer Glow, it should look like it does in the picture below.

Now drag the Outer Glow effect layer down until you see a thick line under your first silhouette, red arrows, then release. The dotted line in the picture is me dragging the layer. You'll see as soon as you release the effect gets added to your silhouette's layer and shows in your file. Repeat these steps to add the outer glow to each of your silhouette's layers.

You'll notice I put the stand silhouette's layer under the sit layer in the layers palette. I did this because I don't want the outer glow of the stand silhouette to overlap the sit silhouette.

Finally add your picture to the frame, Putting A Picture Into A Frame Here's how your layers should look in the layers palette. And you're done. To save this signature use the save as a jpg in Photoshop setting found here, My settings.
