Okay we are in ImageReady here. You'll see I have a gradient layer, a heart layer, a Layer 1 and the glitter layer. The only thing we are interested in here is watching the black ball. Look at the position of the ball in the 3 places I have added a blue outline.

For each frame I moved the black ball to a new place. If you were to click on the individual frames you would see in the siggy as well as in the layer's thumbnail the black ball move to the different locations. BUT the heart never moves. That's because I never moved any of the other layers. Think of it like this. When you highlight a frame to make it the active frame, it takes a picture of the positions of everything on EACH of your layers. So as I clicked on a new frame to make it active and then moved the black ball another picture was taken of the new location of the black ball. To avoid unwanted movement of objects you can... 1. Never move anything once you enter ImageReady, unless you are animating an object. 2. You can link and merge every layer together EXCEPT the layers you need for glitter. This way you will have fewer layers to worry about. 3. If you do want to move something make sure frame 1 is the active frame, and just so you don't make any mistakes, throw out all the other frames you might have. You do this by clicking on the frame so it's highlighted and then clicking the trash can located at the bottom of the animation palette. But once you add frames DON'T move anything.
