Take your type tool and make your names. For my names I sampled a light color from my picture with the eyedropper tool. The top name is at 40% opacity, the middle is at 60% and the bottom name is at 100%. Use your move tool to put them in place.

Make your bottom name a selection. Now make a new layer placing it under the bottom name. Choose Select>Modify>Expand>2 from the menu bar. With the same dark color choose Edit>Fill... with foreground color selected. Deselect.

Make a copy of this layer and with the move tool move the copy down a little. You might want to use the arrows on your keyboard while the move tool is selected to make this move. Link and merge these two layers and name the layer name trim. And you're done. To save this signature use the save as a jpg in Photoshop setting found here, My settings.
