Now make a new layer and name it b1 then add a butterfly to your signature by clicking down one time. To the b1 layer apply Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen. You want your butterflies to overlap one of your frames so if it doesn't when you add the butterfly just position it with the move tool. Continue making new butterflies the same way each on its own layer. Once you're happy with your butterflies link and merge all their layers and name the layer butterflies.

Make a new layer and put it under the butterflies layer. You're going to color your butterflies on this layer. This is the brush I used. If you don't have this brush choose a round brush and change its settings to the ones in the picture. If this brush is too big for you lower its Diameter.

Put the back flies layer under the black frames layer. Change the opacity for this layer to 35%. Now put your butterflies layer under your back color layer.

If you use a color other than black for your frames you can also apply an Inner Shadow to the layer with these settings. To get the color click on the color box in the Layer Style window, red arrow, then click down on one of your frames in your signature. Now in the Color Picker window drag the white ring straight down until you get a darker version of your frame's color then click OK.
