here it is.  That's very odd. It doesn't even look like one of my icons. I have no idea what is causing that. If it isn't happening here maybe it's a plugin issue with other plugins. Have you checked the permissions list for the border plugin? I gave you instructions where to find it in my other post. |

It is the plugin issue cause no non bordered themes are checked.

Shoot I was hoping that was the issue.
Can you tell me which version of the border plugin you're using? Mine is Border Around Forum Using Images version 1.0.0
Also I have it set so the banner doesn't move. So banner below advert is set to no.

Oh geez yes I'm glad, it was Panda and Moon that had the boo boos. And Panda can never have boo boos of any kind.
