START With A New File With your type tool make your name. Use the move tool if you need to move your name. I used the font Impact at 92 pt. If you don't have this font you can always check out any of the links in the Free fonts thread posted in the Library.

Select the custom shape tool and use this setting. To select one of your silhouettes click on the shape showing in the options bar, purple outline, and choose one from the window that pops up.

Add a new layer and name it white dogs. Make white your foreground color. With the custom shape tool make your dogs. Hold the shift key while you click and drag to keep your dogs in proportion. If you want to move the silhouette as you're making it hold the spacebar down. If you decide you'd rather put all your white dogs on their own layers so you can move them around, once you have all the dogs in place link and merge all the white dog layers into one layer.

Add a new layer and name it black dogs. Make black your foreground color. With the custom shape tool make your dogs. Just like you did for the white dogs you can either put them all on one layer or put each on its own layer. Again if you put each on its own layer once you have all the dogs in place link and merge all the black dog layers into one layer.

Add a new layer and name it frame. With the rectangular marquee tool make your frame selection. With black as your foreground color click option + delete for Macs and alt + delete for Windows to fill the selection. Don't deselect yet.

Add a new layer and name it stroke. Put it at the top in the layers palette. Make white your foreground color. Choose Select>Modify>Contract...>2. Now choose Edit>Stroke... and use these settings. Deselect.

Open your dog's picture and put it into the frame. Here's how your layers should look when you're done.

Now add the Drop Shadow effect from the frame layer to your name's layer. And you're done. To save this signature use the save as a PNG-24 setting found here, Transparent background without a matte.
