Start with a new file 5" x 2" at 100 ppi with a transparent background. Take the custom shape tool and with the settings you see make an oval. Now take the elliptical marquee tool and make an oval selection in the center of the oval you just made. To move your selection as you're making it hold the space bar. To move the selection after you've made it just click and drag from inside the selection. When it's in the center of the oval hit delete then deselect. Lock the layer by clicking on the cross in the layers palette. It's greyed out in the picture since it is selected. Name the layer left ring.

Make a copy of the left ring layer by clicking and dragging it to the new layer icon at the bottom of the layers palette. Name this layer right ring. Use the move tool to move it in place and then lock it. Make a new layer and make the center ring with the custom shape tool using the settings you see in the picture. Now just like you did for the left ring use the elliptical marquee tool to make an oval selection over the oval you made and then delete the center of the ring. Deselect and name this layer middle ring. Put the layers in the same order as mine are in the layers palette.

Open the picture you want to use for the middle frame and the cick and drag the Background from the layers palette over your siggy and release. Put the picture's layer/Layer 1 under the middle ring layer in the layers palette. Now reduce or enlarge your picture. To remove the parts of your picture that extend past the frame click on the middle ring layer so it's active and then take the magic wand and click inside the middle ring. Choose Select>Modify>Expand>3 from the menu bar. Now click on the picture layer/Layer 1 in the layers palette and choose Layer>New>Layer via Copy. I named this new layer t&w. Throw away the original picture's layer/Layer 1.

Add your other pictures the same way. I named my layers Teddy pic and Woody pic. Put the pictures under the frames they go with and lock all the layers.

Take the type tool and add your name(s). For each name add a new layer and put it under the name. You're going to put the trim that goes around your name(s) on these layers. Make your foreground color the color you want your trim to be, I used white. Click on one of the new layers to make it active and make the name above it a selection. Choose Select>Modify>Expand>2. Now choose Edit>Fill... and make sure foreground color is selected. Deselect and lock the layer. Repeat if you are using more than one name. I named the layers ted trim and wood trim. An easier way to add the trim without adding additional layers is to click on your name's layer and then click the tiny f in a circle at the bottom of the layers palette and choose Stroke.

Add two layers and fill them with the colors you want your glitter to be. One is for your frames and the other your name(s). I named mine med blue glitter and dk blue glitter.

Go into ImageReady. To see the settings I used look at the thread My Settings. The matte was set to white since this signature was going to be used against a white background. Click on the med blue glitter layer so it's active. Choose Filter>Texture...>Grain from the menu bar. Then choose Filter again and at the top should be Apply Grain, choose that. You are now going to be making the glitter for the ring layers and your name(s). When I make glitter I always name my layers 1, 2 & 3. Since you are going to have four sets of layers named 1, 2 & 3 to make things less confusing you can add to the layers' name if you choose. For example, 1 middle ring, 2 middle ring and 3 middle ring. Click on your med blue glitter layer so it's the active layer. Now make your middle ring a selection. Choose Layer>New>Layer via Copy. Deselect the selection and lock this new layer. Name it 1.

Click on the med blue glitter layer and choose Edit>Transform>Flip Vertical. Make layer 1 a selection and choose Layer>New>Layer via Copy. Deselect and lock this new layer. Name it 3. Move layers 1, 2 & 3 so they are above the middle ring layer like you see in the picture.
