Take your crop tool and drag it around your entire siggy and apply it by clicking the check in the options bar. Make your pup/teddy layer a selection and choose Select>Modify>Expand>6. Make a new layer and name it pink silo. Choose the same pink you used for the bars as your foreground color and fill the selection. You do that by selecting your paintbucket tool and clicking inside the selection. Deselect. I hid the teddy layer so you could see the pink shape. I did this by clicking on the eye for the teddy layer. To show the layer again I clicked in the empty box. Apply this layer effect to the pink silo layer. I changed the color of the inner shadow the same way I did for the drop shadow I applied to the horizontal layer.

Take the type tool and make your name. If you want to write something extra like I did do that after so it's on its own layer. Now apply the inner shadow layer effect from the pink silo layer to the name/Teddy layer.

Choose the brush tool from your toolbox. Go to your options bar and change the Mode to Normal. Make white your foreground color and then pick a brush from your brushes palette. This is the brush I used.

Add a new layer and name it sparkles then make your sparkles. Make sure all your layers are in the same order as in the picture below. And you're done. To save this signature use the save as a jpg in Photoshop setting found here, My settings.
