For this signature you pick the image used. You can save your signature with a transparent background... ...or with a colored background.

When you click OK you'll now need to choose the texture you want to use. Each texture will give you a different look.

Open the image you'd like to use in your signature and bring it into your file. Place its layer at the top in the layers palette. I named the layer flower.

If you need to reduce/enlarge your image so it fits in the frame, first lower the opacity for your image's layer so you can see the frame underneath. Make the adjustments you need and then put the image's layer back to 100% opacity.

Click on your image's layer so it's the active layer. Make the frame layer a selection. Choose Layer>New>Layer via Copy. Throw away the image's original layer. I named the copy flower.

Hide the frame layer. Use the type tool to add your text. And you're done. If you want to save your signature with a colored background use the save as a jpg in Photoshop setting found here, My settings. If you want to save your signature with a transparent background first hide the back color layer. Then use the save as a PNG-24 setting found here, Transparent background without a matte.
